Michael Twomey
L & C is managed by Michael Twomey who has over sixteen years’ experience in the design and delivery of bespoke training sessions.

Michael was formerly a corporate lawyer with Slaughter and May. He is in great demand as a course designer and presenter, often working in liaison with in-house corporate know-how professionals, training managers and other practitioners. Michael is former head of acquisitions and mergers at the College of Law and has taught at a number of academic institutions, recently heading the teaching of company law at Reading University. He regularly visits the UAE to present corporate legal training courses.

Training for lawyers
Our courses are accredited by the Solicitors’ Regulation Authority and we specialise in the design and delivery of bespoke courses in: company, commercial, and corporate law; real estate, commercial property and environmental law.
We can also provide first-class training in writing skills, legal writing and drafting.
Training for directors, managers and other non-lawyers

What is different about us?
In our experience, other providers often claim to provide bespoke training. We believe that we are different in that our in-house courses are truly bespoke to meet your specified training needs. We will liaise with you on course design until you are satisfied that the course meets your requirements. We do not increase our fees for course design. Our public courses will be as practical and as relevant as we can make them.
