• We will then appoint a suitable course designer who will contact you to discuss your requirements in greater detail

• The course designer will send you a synopsis of the proposed course

• If you are happy with the synopsis, the course designer will prepare course materials. These will be sent to you for approval and comment

• The course will be delivered at your premises at a time and date convenient to you
