Legal & Commercial Training Limited specialises in the design and delivery of CPD-accredited training and is managed by Michael Twomey.
L&C has over fifteen years’ experience in the design and delivery of highly practical legal training for a range of clients in the UK and abroad which include the largest firms in the City, leading regional firms, government departments and agencies, small to medium-sized business enterprises to multinational corporations.
Michael personally has a growing number of clients for whom he designs bespoke training programmes as well as working as a consultant with large training organisations. He is also a consultant with a leading corporate firm.
Formerly with Slaughter and May, Michael is a former Head of Acquisitions at The College of Law. In addition to managing L&C, he currently lectures and leads the teaching of Company Law at Reading University.
His current work is focussed on contract law and commercial agreements, company and corporate law, acquisitions, financial markets, financial regulation, private equity and venture capital. He has also written and continues to produce articles on contract law, commercial law and company law.
