COURSE OBJECTIVES
Business organisations require a strong understanding of the key principles of contract law. Those entrusted with negotiating and agreeing contracts need the ability to identify and mitigate risks, as well as to ensure that the terms of the contract reflect the deal and will achieve the business’ commercial objectives. LAW2020 has run this practical, highly interactive and effective training session to delegates from businesses of all sizes, to directors of multinational corporations as well as to sales teams at SMEs. We have also worked with contracting authorities and international corporations around the world. The course considers and explains best practice in contract negotiation, drafting, management, and termination, and provides delegates with tried and tested techniques to achieve contractual certainty and either successful delivery or effective remedies. We will also have time for questions and discussion to ensure that any particular issues and queries that you may have, and that may be specific for your industry, are addressed. BOOKING AND DATES
